Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, FL Sales Up

Anna Maria, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach sales are up 47% over the same time period in 2011.  The average price per square foot for island condos has also increased  nearly 15%, at $315/ sq ft vs. $277 in 2011.  There is a pent up demand for vacation homes and buyers are feeling more confident when purchasing their second homes or investment properties.
