Expanding International Luxury Market

The International Luxury Real Estate Association was created because of the expanding International Luxury Real Estate Market and is unique in the way it qualifies their agents and brokers to become a member of the ILREA and Certified as a Global Luxury Speacialist, “GLS”.  ILREA uses the following four indicators when an Agent or Broker is certified to become a Global Luxury Specialist, Training, Marketing, Knowledge and Experience.  All four of these traits must be accounted for and documented before Certification.  Many apply but only a few are chosen.  The agent or broker has to also verify in writing that they have represented luxury buyers, luxury sellers, or both in real property transactions.

Chief Operating Officer

The ILREA was founded by Bryan L. Guentner, a veteran real estate agent with 25 years in the industry with over two decades as being a Florida Real Estate Broker.  He is an author, trainer, and currently is the broker/CEO for RE/MAX Platinum Realty.  RE/MAX Platinum Realty has two offices in Sarasota County.  One of them is on Main Street in Downtown Sarasota and the other is located in the Osprey/Nokomis/Venice Florida Area.

Luxury Home Buyers and Sellers demand a higher level of understanding in regards to local market conditions, personalized service and especially negotiation skills, when it comes to buying million and multi-million dollar properties.   You have a “private banker”, now you can have a “private real estate agent”.

True Luxury Professionals

Most of our members hold multiple certifications and designations like CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), these designations are trademarks of the National Association of Realtors.  Some have been recognized by their franchise they are affiliated with like the Hall of fame Award or Platinum Award from RE/MAX International.  They are true professionals and experts in the Luxury Real Estate Field and they also give back by donating their time and money to charities like The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure and Children’s Miracle Network.
