Elijah Wood Sells Santa Monica Mansion For $1.758 Million

“Lord of the Rings” star Wood has sold his 1924 Spanish style home for a profit.  The 2,130 square foot home includes a  guest house with an attached office.  Wood, 30,  paid $1.45 million in 1999.
