Lakewood Ranch, FL Sees Resurgence In The Mega-Mansion Market

Lakewood Ranch will be the proud owner to 5 homes that are either under construction or will be breaking ground this year, all at least 10,000 square feet or larger.  Lakewood Ranch had 391 new home sales last year , most in the 2,500 square foot range.  Londan Bay Homes is building a 13,000 square foot home as well as one that is 14,000 square feet.  Westwater Construction is breaking ground later this year on a 20,000 square foot home.  Todd Johnston Homes is planning to build a 17,000 square foot home this year and Paradise Homes is planning a 19,000 square foot home over two lots.  All 5 homes will be in the Lake Club.
